This course examines the critical roles of organizational officers and the procedures for creating accurate, legal, and effective meeting records. Learners will explore the duties and qualifications of key officers—including the president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer—and learn how these roles contribute to the smooth operation of a deliberative assembly. The second half of the course focuses on how to prepare, approve, and correct minutes according to parliamentary authority.
