This course introduces the foundational principles of motion precedence, including the difference between main motions and secondary motions, and how their relative rank impacts decision-making. Learners will explore how precedence is applied in real-world meeting scenarios and how it shapes the assembly’s ability to consider, modify, or dispose of business in progress.
