This course introduces the concept of SDCs and guides learners in applying them across multiple parliamentary authorities, including Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised (RONR), the American Institute of Parliamentarians Standard Code (AIPSC), and Demeter’s Manual of Parliamentary Law and Procedure. By comparing these frameworks, learners will build confidence in applying motions correctly and ensuring their meetings are run with both flexibility and precision.
