Exceptions, Specific-Purpose Main Motions, and Adhering Motions

This course explores important exceptions to standard procedures, as well as specific main motions that serve targeted purposes—such as ratify and adopt in-lieu-of. Additionally, learners will explore the concept of adhering motions, which remain pending alongside or connected to a main motion during its procedural journey.
