In this course, you will explore the fundamental role of bylaws as the “basic rules of an organization.” You will discover what belongs in bylaws and what does not, learn the processes for adopting, amending, and revising them, and practice interpreting bylaws in context. By the end, you will be prepared to draft bylaws that stand the test of time and apply them effectively in real-world organizational settings.
