Voting Process

In this course, you will study the principles of voting and explore the many methods available, from voice votes to ballots, roll call votes, and absentee voting. You will also examine how special circumstances such as tie votes, abstentions, and recounts are handled. By the end, you will understand both the technical processes and the democratic principles that give voting its power and meaning.
