In this course, you will explore the different ways nominations may be made—from the floor, by committee, or by ballot—and the rules that govern each method. You will also learn the processes for conducting elections, from preparing ballots to counting votes and reporting results. By the end, you will understand how nominations and elections protect fairness, transparency, and the democratic character of an organization.
